The shed membership is now open for 2025
Membership runs from January for the whole of 2025
We are open 2 afternoons a week ( Tuesday and Thursdays) – 1330 – 1600 with an annual membership at £45.

25/11/2024 – Visit to local Girl Guides.
Kings Worthy Guides have had a varied term exploring new skills and hobbies. The beginning of November saw 4 members of the Kings Worthy Community Shed visit. The 22 girls learnt about the purpose of the group and got to explore some of the tools the members use, both old and more modern. Then the girls got to have a go – this involved using a wood turning lathe, hammer and screwdrivers. The lathe was very popular with 7 Guides helping to shape a piece of wood. The girls had all sorts of questions about the quality of the wood, it’s sustainability and safety.
